Klaus Quick Reference Guide
Flyer Posting and Food Rules
Posting of signs and fliers is permissible in Klaus with the following exceptions: Glass doors, Wood finish doors, ANY and ALL Painted Walls, Elevator Doors, and Mirrors/stalls in Restrooms.
Please exercise your best judgment when placing signs for your event throughout the building. Just so you will know, the colored panels in the hallways are actually decorative cork boards.
When planning events, be aware that serving food or drink in the academic/classroom wing of Klaus is not allowed.
Physican Building Issues
What should you do if:
The furniture is incorrect, missing or needs removal?
You have key/lock issues of any kind?
Your buzzcard does not provide access?
You have a maintenance issue, such as cleaning, bathroom overflowing, etc?
You have an electrical need?
An item in your office is not functioning properly or breaks?
You need conference space reservations?
The telephone does not work?
You note a building deficiency?
