Air Transportation

• Students will make their own travel arrangements.
• Reimbursement is limited to coach fares.
• Airline tickets can be purchased from Travel Incorporated, (770) 291-5190, (press option #1 for GT dedicated agent). Purchasing from Travel Inc. affords one the opportunity to directly charge their tickets to Georgia Tech.
• You must have Travel Inc. send the electronic ticket to Susie McClain at smcclain @ cc. NOTE: Tickets cannot be ticketed without an approved TAR and will not be ticketed if Susie does not receive an electronic copy of the ticket.
• The TAR is routed for approval and emailed to Travel Inc. by Susie.
• You may purchase tickets directly from the airline or on the web using your personal credit card; retaining the original receipt for reimbursement. Please remember that the ticket you purchase from another airline or online must be cheaper than the state rate offered by Travel Inc.
