ToDo
- Create Prototype adjacency matrix – add column/row headings for transitions. Right now it is blank and confusing.
- When commands are executed, close the current pane and stream the output to the results textbox instead of waiting until the whole thing is done to shift focus.
- View the transcript of the entire process (think debug 0).
